Musica Donavania

We are a diverse group of people, mostly in Los Angeles County, who have gathered periodically, since about 1954, to listen to recorded (and sometimes live) music, engage in intense conversation, and share interesting food. Currently meetings are on odd numbered months. The group name derives from its earliest History. Each event has a central theme with appropriate music selected. Themes may be regional (worldwide), from a particular musical era, a particular composer, or something else. For examples (some with photos and menus), click on Past Events. A lot of the most recent events are not listed yet because of time restraints

- Musica Donavania ceased events from March 2020 to October 2021. From that time to the present we have only one hosting household, and until we find another, events are every odd numbered month.
