White Pepper
Paprika

Parsley, dry
Oregano, dry
Thyme, dry
Basil, dry

Make   -   (15 min)
  1. Separately grind Peppercorns as they are harder than the other ingredients.
  2. Mix everything In a spice grinder, blender, or Mixie. Grind to your desired fineness. I give it 2 seconds in the Mixie. The photo is of 1/2 teaspoon, so quite a bit magnified.
  3. In an airtight jar kept away from heat and light, this powder will be good for at least 3 months.
NOTES:
  1. Comments:

There is no authoritive recipe, but most are very close to this one. Some use Smoked Paprika, or a mix of Sweet and Smoked. Most use both black and white pepper, but some use only black.
  2. U.S. measure: t=teaspoon, T=Tablespoon, c=cup, qt=quart, oz=ounce, #=pound, cl=clove in=inch, ar=as required tt=to taste
