This event featured music of Louisiana, in two sections. The
first section was historical, featuring music from contributing cultures"
American Indians, Spanish, French, Louisiana folk, and American. The second
section featured music of Louisiana and about Louisiana. It started from the
birth of Jazz on to current music by various groups, including an Indian
group. It was accompanied by Louisiana cuisine, for which we have a
Pictorial Menu with
links to the recipes, and also a
Playlist.
